Morrison’s pioneering work on the Silent Generation has helped thousands of community leaders better understand how to meet the evolving needs of their resident community.  And we continue to deliver new insights which can have a significant and positive effect on the culture of any community.  In addition, we have used the insights we’ve gained to create a customer service training program that is used in all communities we serve.  This program, called SATS, helps Dining staff better understand how to serve their resident customers and provide the kind of experience that the new resident expects from their dining services.
